Overview
- Transfer molding system equipped with a liquid resin dispenser.
- Direct dispensing system that dispenses liquid resin directly from the nozzle to the mold pot.
- The system can be used for large substrates for large module molding.
- A syringe filled with liquid resin is used to supply resin (premix type).
Features
- Suitable for LED products (lens molding, reflector molding) using low-viscosity liquid resin such as silicone resin.
- Capable of molding 100x300mm substrates.
- Resin can be supplied to the machine at once by a syringe unit that has syringes aligned with the number of mold pots.
- The number of presses can be selected according to the production volume (one or two).
- A hybrid system that supports both liquid resin and tablet resin is also available as an option, which includes a tablet resin feeding mechanism.
