The mission of our group is to “Bring ‘Kando’ to everyday life with our robotics technology“. By utilizing the best robotics technologies, we aim for the highest quality products and services.
Our number one priority is to assist customers in creating a brighter future with speed and flexibility.
The Company was established in July 2019 as a holding company, with Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. as the parent company and three operating subsidiaries: SHINKAWA LTD, APIC YAMADA CORPORATION, and PFA Corporation.
We aim to provide a total solution that exceeds our customers’ expectation as the “Turn-Key provider in the field of semiconductors back-end processing” by integrating the technologies of Yamaha Motor's surface mounters (equipment which mounts electronic components and semiconductors on the surface of printed circuit boards) and Industrial Robots, Shinkawa's bonders, and Apic Yamada's molds (package encapsulation equipment).
We are currently undergoing a major transition in tandem with digital transformation (DX), carbon neutrality, and sustainable development goals (SDGs). The semiconductor and electronics industries that support this transition are also at a turning point. Based on our shared values – “Adventurous spirit, Professionalism, Solidarity“, the Yamaha Robotics Group will further reinforce its strengths in robotics technologies, global sales, and high-quality manufacturing competence, and will continue to create new value and new “Kando” to realize the future of “Monozukuri (craftsmanship)” hand in hand with its customers.
