1. Equipment qualification support・Product start-up support

We provide support for product evaluation according to the requirements of customers who are considering the introduction of new equipment or the replacement of aging equipment.

2. Molding
Our expert engineers propose, evaluate, and make prototypes of the most suitable process and resin sealing technology (transfer method, compression method) for customers' issues and requests in the area of "resin molding" in the semiconductor assembly process.

4. Lead Frame
In the lead frame business, we support the production of samples for evaluation ranging from simple to high precision before making a large investment in press work. We use etching, laser, and W/EDM methods, but for customers who require stamped products from the initial stage, we can provide stamped products using precision dies in whole or in part (mixed with other processes). By supporting our customers from the prototype stage, the degree of perfection of design and function is enhanced, the compatibility with the next process such as molding is outstanding, and the transition to mass production and press work is smooth.
