Overview
- This device measures the frequency of a tuning fork type crystal resonator or an AT type crystal resonator formed on a wafer.
- Wafer supply, frequency measurement in the atmosphere, and wafer storage are all performed automatically.
Features
- Equipment type: PTFM-10 measures the frequency of the tuning fork type crystal resonator with the measuring system of PFA. Equipment type: PWM-10 measures the frequency and CIvalue of the AT-type crystal resonator with a network analyzer.
- Multiple simultaneous probing enables high-speed processing.
- Automatic transfer is realized by the loader/unloader.
- With automatic probe cleaning mechanism.
