Features
- This is a gloss leak inspection device compatible with small SMD crystal resonators.
- Since the CI value of the SMD type crystal resonator at normal pressure and pressurization is measured and the gloss leak is detected based on the change in the CI value, it is also compatible with small SMD crystal resonators, which are difficult to detect with the air leak test equipment.
- The PFA's unique CI value measurement system enables you to measure CI values at high speed and stably.
- High-speed tact time of 0.5 seconds and compact equipment are realized.
Usage examples
- This equipment detects gross leaks in SMD-type crystal units.
- Gross leak is detected by measuring the change in CI value of SMD type crystal resonator at normal pressure and pressurization. Therefore, it is also compatible with small SMD crystal resonators of 1612 size or smaller, which are difficult to detect with the air leak test equipment.
