RPS（読み方：Reference Positioning System）
Abbreviation for Reference Positioning System, which is a position feedback system for the capillary tool. In the wire bonding process, the image of the positioning pin that serves as a positional reference and the tip of the capillary tool is captured simultaneously from both the X and Y directions to enable automatic detection and correction of the amount of deviation. This is a function that supports highly reliable wire bonding.
