Lid
Lid is a lid that hermetically seals a ceramic package of quartz. Materials of Kovar material nickel-plated or gold-tin alloy, ceramic lid is common. The hermetic sealing method differs depending on the material, and the Kovar agent is seam welding, the gold tin alloy is brazing in the furnace, and the ceramic slid is glass sealing using high temperature softening point glass.
