NRS（読み方：Non Reaction Servo system）
Abbreviation for Non Reaction Servo system, which is designed to control non-reaction servo. A mechanism that absorbs vibration caused by recoil at the time of acceleration/deceleration of the drive units in the die and wire bonders. It suppresses vibration in the entire machine base and the mutual vibration interferences between the drive units, thereby ensuring bonding accuracy and stability while improving productivity.
