NCP（読み方：Non Conductive Paste）
Abbreviation for Non Conductive Paste. A type of electrode encapsulating method for flip chip bonding. A chip is mounted on a board to which the NCP material is applied. The TCB method is adopted to interconnect with the electrode and to cure the NCP material at the same time.
