NCF（読み方：Non Conductive Film）
Abbreviation for Non Conductive Film. A type of electrode encapsulating method for flip chip bonding. A chip to which the NCF material is laminated is mounted on a board. As in NCP, the TCB method is adopted to interconnect with the electrode and to melt and cure the NCF material at the same time.
