Looping

A method of controlling the wiring (loop) shape for wire bonding. By moving the capillary tool in which the bonding wire is inserted in vertical and horizontal directions, a kink is formed on the area where the bonding wire is contacted with the bonding tool. By repeating this process for the number of times required, the desired three-dimensional shape of wiring is formed.
