Trim and forming system (cut and bending system)
Machine that performs lead processing such as cutting and bending of resin-encapsulated lead frames using lead processing dies. A resin tie-bar machine is also distinguished as a machine that performs resin cutting and tie-bar cutting, and a lead forming machine as a machine that performs lead bending and forming.
