FOWLP（読み方：Fan Out Wafer Level Package）
Abbreviation for Fan Out Wafer Level Package.
The package area is larger than the area of the semiconductor chip, and the terminals are extended to the outside of the chip.
Since Fan-Out is possible, it can be used in applications where the number of terminals is larger than the chip area.
