FAME（読み方：Film Assist Molding Equipment）
Abbreviation for Film Assist Molding Equipment (FAME).
Molding technology that eliminates the need for E-Pin in transfer molding. A conditioning film is interposed in the mold and adsorbed.
Since the resin does not come into direct contact with the mold, mold release stability can be obtained.
In addition, resin burrs are suppressed by gently pressing exposed parts such as substrates and chips that utilize the elastic force of the film.
