Compression Mold

One of the molding methods for thermosetting resins.
In compression molding, the liquid or granular molding material is applied or sprinkled directly onto the workpiece or inside the mold, and then the resin is melted during the process of closing (tightening) the heated mold. The resin is thermoset and molded.
