CDIM(読み方:Cavity Direct Injection Mold)

Abbreviation for Cavity Direct Injection Mold (CDIM)
A compression molding technology designed as a countermeasure against wire deformation, unfilling, and voids in thinned packages. 
Since the resin is applied directly to the product and compressed, the resin is not injected with the plunger used in transfer molding. Resin yield 100%
