Overview
- This device measures the temperature characteristics of a TCXO (temperature-compensated crystal oscillator) and writes adjustment data to an IC.
- Takt time: This is a high-speed device that achieves 0.85 sec.
Features
- By temperature control of the Peltier temperature control plate, for a wide range of temperatures on the low temperature side (-40°C) ~ high temperature side (120°C),
Uniform temperature distribution enables the production of high-precision products. - The workpiece is supplied and arranged in a dedicated carrier, and the carrier is shuttled onto the temperature plate.
- The measurement head side is also controlled by Peltier temperature, reducing temperature changes during probe contact.
- The standard temperature bath is 16 tanks, but it is possible to increase the number of temperature baths. (Consult separately)
- Compared to the conventional temperature chamber in-line type, it has been significantly reduced.
Usage examples

- Temperature control of the Peltier temperature control plate realizes uniform temperature distribution over a wide range of temperatures on the low temperature side (-40°C) ~ high temperature side (120°C), enabling the production of highly accurate products.
- Since the dedicated carrier is directly cooled and heated on the temperature control plate, SoakTime is not required, making it a device with fast tact.

- Dedicated carriers: About 300 brackets are automatically circulated within the equipment.
