Overview
- A transfer insertion device picks up a piece of quartz (blank) sprinkled on a tray and transfers it to a metal mask for film formation after image measurement and position correction.
- The Mask Placer also can be used to transfer to and arrange miniature chips on trays, etc.
Features
- This equipment recognizes the blank on the tray by image, picks up it with the suction nozzle, measures the blank by image, and transfers and inserts it into a metal mask for film formation, etc. after position correction.
- By performing high-precision image processing using a total of three cameras: a camera that recognizes the blank on the tray, a camera that corrects the mask position, and a camera that corrects the position of the picked-up blank, it is possible to transfer and insert a small blank into a metal mask for film formation more reliably.
- Ideal for small blanks and thin blanks for 2016/1612/1210.
- The installation space is as small as 1000 x 1000 (mm).

- The crystal blank can be transferred to a cleaning pallet, etc.
- In addition to the standard cycle time of 0.5s, we can also manufacture high-speed types with a cycle time of 0.8s.
