Overview

  • This equipment inspects COG and FOG mounting machines for liquid crystal panels for indentation, foreign matter damage, and misalignment.
  • The high-resolution line sensor automatically acquires the status of all pins and inspects them automatically.
  • It is equipped with a full-face inspection function, and it is also possible to detect defects between terminals.
    *The full inspection function is Option.
  • The compact design (width: 900 mm) and one-stage design make it easy to maintain and contribute to space saving in the installation location.

Features

  • A simple structure with only one inspection stage saves space.
  • High-speed tact is realized because it is a compact device.
  • A full-face inspection (Option) is available. Defects other than the terminals can also be detected within the viewing angle (2mm). The resulting image can be compressed to a small size (about 150KB) and stored for tresabi.
  • Autofocusing within the inspection viewing angle is possible with a special microscope (originally developed) and follows the warpage of the target workpiece in real time.
  • In-house developed algorithms enable us to analyze and classify defect patterns (impression defectives, scratches, foreign matter, and Dimple) for outputting NG. (Defect information can be saved including image)

Usage examples

This equipment performs high-speed image inspection of the terminal status of the drive IC and FPC connections on the liquid crystal panel. This is an inspection machine to prevent the outflow of driver ICs and FPC connections and terminal defects in the post-process.
