~ Expansion of software R&D base for semiconductor back-end processing ~
We are pleased to announce that 「Yamaha Robotics Engineering Asia Co., Ltd.」（”YREA”） in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, which is a subsidiary of Yamaha Robotics Holdings Co., Ltd. has moved to a new location.
YREA was established as a software R&D company to perform software development for semiconductor back-end processing equipment of Yamaha Robotics group companies. YREA has contributed to the growth of the group companies and the improvement of product reliability, while securing talented staff recruited in Vietnam.
This time, we decided to relocate the office to respond quickly to the expansion of our business, including the development and introduction of new models and the increase in customization requests from customers, to ensure that we achieve our New Mid-term Plan. The new office space is 2.5 times larger than the previous one, which enables us to have a capacity for the expansion of development and testing equipment and the increase in the number of employees.
